Galvanised steel link that sets the standoff between buckle and thimble.

A flat galvanised strap that carries the load from the turn buckle to the clevis thimble and holds the termination clear of the pole face. Supplied with its cheese-head rivet, washer, split pin and M16 bolt and nut.
