The suspension fitting itself: a set of aluminium alloy armour grip helix applied over the protective helix and covered with a profile-shaped elastomer pad for strut action and grip. The split-type aluminium alloy clipper holds the pad inserts and is strapped by an eye-band so it can hang from a twisted eye link.
