The Type-II tension set's thimble, as BSNL specifies it: mild steel strap pressed into a U, hot-dip galvanised, closed by an M12 bolt that takes the turn buckle's eye. The terminating helix bail lies in the formed bend, so the wires turn over a generous radius and never across an edge.
