The Type-II termination: turn buckle, clevis or thimble, protective helix and terminating helix, onto either a pole clamp or a universal pole bracket with stainless strap. Sized for 11.2 to 14.7 mm cable at 3W tensile strength rather than 6W, which is what most urban and last-mile alignments actually carry.
